Schultz Investment Advisors, Inc. (SIA) was founded in 1994 to provide investors with a non-traditional alternative investment opportunity. There are several important hallmarks that distinguish the SIA approach:

• SIA focuses on total return investing.

• SIA invests primarily in closed-end equity and bond funds frequently purchased at discounts, sometimes for well below their N.A.V.'s.

• SIA utilizes its own proprietary evaluation methodology that integrates detailed analysis of the past trading patterns of selected closed-end funds.

• SIA establishes an individually managed account for each individual
  investor—a client’s individual (non-group) account assets are not commingled with those of any other SIA investor.

• SIA charges only an annual management fee based on the amount of assets under management in client portfolios. There are no hidden costs, expenses, or ticket charges, regardless of the activity within a portfolio while it is maintained at SIA. Clients in retirement plans are responsible for their maintenance or administrative fees.
